The vision for this project, which focused on the only watershed in Metro Manila, was to enhance natural spaces, so visitors may appreciate and understand the importance of nature and the environment. To generate income for the development, several activity-related venues were opened within the park: cycling grounds with bicycles for rent and areas for yoga and relaxation. Jogging paths colorfully lined with all-year-round flowering plants complement a canopied snake road leading to the docking facility for boats.

The development of the eco park has drawn interest from the public. People from all walks of life come to the eco park to enjoy nature. They can also help enhance the eco park's natural beauty by helping plant more trees. Today, it boasts of being a watershed that offers nature-oriented recreational activities in the middle of a highly urbanized metropolis. Moreover, the rehabilitation of the watershed and creation of the eco park improved the forest cover and biodiversity in the area.
