A homage to the client’s first and major business venture as a fish supplier, Fisher Mall is a mixed-use activity center built over a former bus terminal. Before Fisher Mall was built, the area where it is located used to be an obscure part of the city known for its nightclubs. But since it opened, Fisher Mall diversified the demographics of visitors in this side of town. The goal of the project was to develop a mall that would encourage shopping, dining, and other social activities.

Today, residents close by can conveniently go to Fisher Mall to buy goods and other necessities. One of the things they love the most is the availability of fresh seafood at very low prices in the Fisher Supermarket. Fisher Mall has definitely improved the vibe and atmosphere in that area by adding much needed vitality and amenity in the neighborhood.
