Located in 300 hectares of rolling terrain in Santo Tomas, Batangas, the First Philippine Industrial Park is a development encompassing all the elements essential for a well-planned industrial park. The design for the complex involves an entry marker with a guard house, an administration building, a service support building, a clubhouse, a covered tennis court, a socio-civic center, a police detachment, a food park, and leasable office spaces. The FPIP entry marker with guard house sports horizontal steel fins that give the impression of stability and strength. 

The two-storey Administration Building of the First Philippine Industrial Park displays the use of glass on its partly undulating facade. Also, it is replete with vertical fins and horizontal grooves. For its interiors, the floors were covered with Italian homogeneous tiles and its ceilings were abundantly laid out with lighting fixtures giving a daytime mood even for a late-hour work. 

The Service Support Building flaunts grooves and horizontal steel fins. This building houses the maintenance, security, and fire protection units. The clubhouse has a multi-purpose hall, an office for the club administrators, a fitness gym, a game room, a convenience shop, kitchens, and ladies’ and men’s locker rooms. The second floor has a library and function rooms.

Completing the amenities for the First Philippine Industrial Park is the FPIP Foodpark. Outdoor dining is also provided for a panoramic vista of the surroundings. Aside from the aforementioned structures, the First Philippine Industrial Park has twelve leasable buildings located all over the four phases. These house light to heavy industries, factories, and warehouses.
