On April 24, 2021, the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) conferred Architect Felino Palafox, Jr. with the status of “Member Emeritus." Architect Palafox had this to say about the recognition:

“Glad to share with you. The United Architects of the Philippines conferred to me the status of “ Member Emeritus” in a ceremony during the UAP National Convention last Saturday. I feel so humbled by the affirmation of fellow architects. I thank the Chief Architect up there, Creator of the Universe, Heaven, and Earth, for the opportunity to be His instrument for His greater glory --- designing projects, planning progress, and developing opportunities for others. Pro Deo, Patria et Terra!”
