On October 15th, 2024, PALAFOX proudly joined DAMOSA Land, the Anflo Group of Companies, and other distinguished guests for the groundbreaking ceremony of Kahi Estates. This milestone event marks the launch of a visionary project that places community well-being, environmental sustainability, and cutting-edge design at its core — reflecting the new wave of progress and responsible development shaping the future of Mindanao.

Their leadership and dedication have been instrumental in bringing this ambitioussignificant project to life. Palafox also acknowledged the hard work of the Kahi Estates Technical Working Group, led by Engr.
