The ASIA CEO CLARK 2022 was held last June 10, 2022 at the Clark Marriott Hotel in Pampanga. The event highlighted the immense development potential of  Clark, Pampanga, and Northern Luzon. New Clark City covers almost 10,000 hectares and will be the first smart, disaster-resilient city in the Philippines, attracting interest from all industries. New Clark City is considered the natural hub for economic development north of Metro Manila.

As one of the country’s well-known and respected architects and urban planners — responsible for helping plan and develop communities and cities across the nation — Ar. Felino “Jun” Palafox, Jr. was invited to share his insights and vision for Clark and the Pampanga Megalopolis. Among the numerous promising developments that can be located in Pampanga and Clark, Architect Palafox shared that Pampanga is the rising countermagnet to Metro Manila, and Clark Freeport Zone can be the gateway to Central and Northern Luzon. Home to the Clark International Airport, Clark Freeport Zone can be designed to be an Aerotropolis development and can undoubtedly be the next urban gateway and global business district in the country.
