We are partnering again with Batangas State University (BatStateU) — the Philippines’ National Engineering University!

Our new project with BatStateU includes the Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design and Interior Design of the 15-storey Engineering Hub and a 10-storey Dormitory as well as the Site Development, Site Engineering, and Urban Design of the 7,746-sqm property for the Alangilan Campus - Engineering Hub.

This development will be the new home of emerging programs under the various departments of BatStateU’s College of Engineering. During the kick-off meeting on May 26 with President Tirso Ronquillo and members of BatStateU's technical working group, the Palafox Team also presented various options for the site development plans and the design direction for the new development, which is connected to the Knowledge, Innovation and Science Technology (KIST) Park. With this new project, we hope to strengthen our long-standing partnership with BatStateU, and we are committed to making BatStateU a pioneer of scientific innovation and development not just in the country but around the globe.

In 2020, we had the privilege to support BatStateU in launching the Philippines’ first KIST Park. Our services for the KIST Park included the Detailed Architecture and Engineering Design for the TechnoHub Building and Design Innovation Building; Detailed Architecture Design for the Convention Center, Information Technology Centrum and Data Center, and KIST Hotel; and the KIST Park’s master plan, urban design, landscape architecture, and horizontal engineering.
